Founded in the summer of 2020, TAK Aviation is a flying club that was created by business and aviation professionals who recognized the need for a proper flying club where individuals can not only rent well maintained and well equipped aircraft, but also a place where pilots can connect, socialize, share stories, and be an invaluable part of a vibrant aviation community.​

Today, we are proud to be steadily expanding. Even as a young and growing organization, our focus remains clear: affordable rates, friendly service, and an enjoyable flying experience for every member.​

​With bases in Toronto, Peterborough and Edenvale, we serve pilots across the Southern Ontario. With adequate notice and if feasible for us, we are happy to reposition an aircraft to an airport of choice by a member so that they can enjoy our product outside of base. There will be some provisions and condition which will be set.

It is important to note that we are not a flight training unit (a.k.a. flight school) and do not offer any pilot training at this time. Individuals seeking to conduct their training in our aircraft, are required to provide us with notice, supply their own instructor and also advise Transport Canada. We proudly provide safe, insured aircraft rentals for private business and pleasure/recreational flying. All aircraft rentals are fully covered under our dedicated aircraft rental insurance policy, something many private owners offering “rentals” do not have. It is always critical to know the details of an aircraft coverage before flying an aircraft that is not yours.​ Additionally, all of our aircraft are maintained by AMO service.
