Your Restricted Operator Certificate with Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A) is one of the first certificates you will need to start flying in Canada. This course will prepare you to write the ROC-A exam and conduct an oral interview with an accredited examiner. Once succesful, your application will be sent to ISED Canada for processing and you will receive the certificate by mail in a 3-4 weeks.
